The UP30 electric vacuum pump is produced using a semi-automatic assembly and testing line (100% full inspection of pumping performance, current, and noise), involving key process characteristics assembly steps (such as pressing the transmission sleeve, adjusting the clearance between the stator and rotor, etc.) carried out by automated equipment. The production speed reaches 62 seconds per unit, and the annual full load production capacity reaches 300000 units.
Vacuum booster pumps usually consist of a driving part and a vacuum pump. The driving part is usually driven by the camshaft on the engine, and the vacuum pump is responsible for generating vacuum force.
